Return/Refund Policy of Gamers Wallet
Customers are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange.
Sold goods/gift cards/services/top-ups and other services provided by GamersWallet are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We have no cancellation policy. Once an order is placed on our website/Facebook Business Page, it cannot be canceled.
In some cases, customers may be eligible for a refund. Please read all of the information below to understand how refunds work. We are committed to these Refund Terms.
- If Gamers Wallet is unable to provide the requested service or fails to fulfill an order, We reserve the right to issue a FULL REFUND to the customer. Before initiating a full refund, we will refund the money to the Customer’s Wallet on our Website so that the customer can use Wallet Credit to purchase another service or product from our website. If a customer requests a withdrawal, we will initiate a refund to the customer’s payment method.
- We will refund money to the customer if they have a “Change of Mind,” but a Handling Fee of 9%+$0.99 will be applied.
Any refund request made by a customer is subject to a handling fee of 9% plus $0.99 of the total amount.
We only issue refunds through the original payment method.
In some cases, a Refund Fee applies, and the customer is responsible for it. It is determined by the customer’s Original Payment Source. For example, if a customer pays with AMEX, Amex will automatically deduct their fees during the checkout process. If the customer requests a refund, we may deduct the fee that AMEX charged in the first place and credit the balance to the customer’s AMEX wallet.
After placing an order, a customer can apply for a refund. If this is the case, we will refund 50% of the total amount received.
- For Credit or Debit Card Payments, the refund request will take longer than usual, because these payment methods are subject to KYC.
- All Refunds are Subject to KYC verification. This means we will verify the Customer Payment Channel and the Customer ID before Initiate A Refund.

We will communicate with the customer in that regard. After contacting the customer, a refund will be issued. Customers can choose their preferred time, but we will refund them in the same payment gateway where the order was paid.
Please keep in mind that once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 -45 days.
XE Conversation Fee: Some purchases may require XE Fees and additional fees from the Payment Provider. We will not refund the Processing fees which as already been deducted via the Payment Provider. You will receive the Product SKU price as a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Generally, it will take 1-3 business days to reflect on your bank account, If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
The sale Item can not be refunded. If we failed to fulfill this, we will top up your Wallet for future purchases.
We do not have any Exchanges policy. If a Customer wants, we can Top-Up their Wallet instead of a Product they paid for. The customer can purchase any service or product with Wallet Payment.
You can gift anyone a Wallet Bonus through us. We will top up their Gamers Wallet Virtual Wallet. Gift/Virtual Wallet is not refundable.
Customers may get a Cashback in their Virtual Wallet upon purchasing from the Gamers Wallet website. Any cashback, wallet bonus, Top Up, or Coupon code redeemed in a Virtual Wallet can be used only for the next purchase.
Virtual Wallet can not be exchanged for cash. It must be used in the store.
