B) Order Processing & KYC
Every order placed on Our website, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, or WhatsApp is subject to KYC (Know Your Customer). We will thoroughly check each customer’s order. If a customer passes the Verification phase, the order will be marked for delivery. To deliver products, we use an automated API. If a customer fails the verification level, they will not be able to receive any deliveries until their order receives a Green signal from our Trust & Compliance team.
How do we perform a KYC?
If our systems detect abnormal behavior in the way a customer placed an order, our Mixed Mechanism of Fraud detection flags the order and sends it to the Compliance team for further review.
More information and documentation to verify the ownership of the Payment Source and Customer are required for further verification of that order. We require KYC to prevent fraud for both customers and to avoid chargebacks. To verify an Order, we may require the following documents:
- Govt issued ID card/ Driving Licence
- Authorized Utility Bill / Proof of Address
- Bank Statment ( Must reflect the Amount which they have purchased)
- Invoice of Payment from Bank
- Travel Card / Currently Localed County ID (If the customer is located outside of Payment Country )
- A Selfie Holding the ID card.
Remember that if the aforementioned document was insufficient to validate the order, our Compliance team may still require additional documentation. And sometimes, even if everything is fine, the order is deleted. We work hard to ensure that no one has lost money as a result of digital fraud.
The best possible way to avoid KYC ;
- Your first order should be as unobtrusive as possible.
- Never use a VPN, proxy, or other IP conflict systems; always use your real name and address.
- Pay for the goods with your Payment Card.
- Do not place multiple orders in a short period.
- Do not repeat failed orders within a short period.
- If your card was declined on another website, use a cooling-off period.
- Avoid using multiple cards in the same order.

1.7 Gift card sold by us ( Gamers Wallet ) is not our properties or products.
1.8 All Gift cards sold by us may not come from their respective Vendors. We do not have any kind of relations with their Vendors.
G.2) Google Play Email Reload / PreLoaded Email
2.1 We reload all Google Payment IDs with Valid Gift Code. We can provide Purchase Receipt /Card Pic on Demand
2.2 We will not be responsible for any kind of Violation made by this Product after we deliver this product.
2.3 We are not liable for Google Payment Profile Suspension / Hold / Any Lock after delivery.
2.4 We shall take no responsibility for any kind of loss or deduction after delivery.
2.5 Kindly Consume all balances within 28 days. We may re-take ownership.
2.6 We may revoke any subscription made by you with this email. Don’t Subscribe to any service
2.7 If you change your Pass we shall take no responsibility for security issues
G.3 ) In-Game Top UP
3.1 In-Game top-up may take up to 48 hours depending on the server state.
3.2 If there is not any technical error/client-side error your top-up will be made within 10 minutes.
3.3 But we took a maximum of 24 hours. If maximum time, we will refund you in the way you pay us.
3.4 We do not provide Any Proof of evidence of In-Game Item Top Ups.
